Hi! I'm Kay.

I help creatives and small business owners turn their ideas into an actionable plan. I do this through a unique blend of coaching that focuses on sorting out creative ideas, develops business confidence, helps you create a plan of action and provides accountability during plan roll out.

I also teach a communication framework called “The ForeCAST Method” (that I created!) that helps small business owners improve their communication with prospects and clients and helps create superfans in their customers.
