My full name is Kariman.  I go by Kay in my professional life. I have a unique perspective having grown up as the child of American archeologist parents who worked in the Middle East. Rather than following their lead and digging up the ancient past, I consider myself more of an emotional archeologist, helping my clients excavate their emotional landscape to uncover their true potential in life and business.

My own personal journey has also shaped my coaching approach. Because I have traveled a significant amount and have interacted with individuals all over the world, I have a deep comfort and ability to talk to anyone. I bring a combination of clarity and directness, along with high sensitivity and emotional intelligence to my work.
